The Blogger

If asked how I identify the first three things I’d probably say is a Christian, a Black person, and a woman, in that order. My Christianity is central to who I am. That identity is what drove me to begin blogging. I believe my purpose in life is to, through transparency, debunk the myth of perfectionism that over shrouds Christianity, share my testimony, and demonstrate how the love of God sustains me. No matter if you’re a non-believer, a little skeptical about religion/spirituality, or you’re a hard-core “bible thumper”, He doesn’t care what part of the spectrum you’re on. He will meet you, no matter where you are. That’s the best part of this whole thing, my favorite part. My blog is a real example of God using an ordinary person to do extraordinary things, through Him. 

You may be wondering why my business and my blog are in the same place/on the same site. The answer is simple: My relationship with God is intertwined in all that I do. It’s the reason I love people and treat them as such. It’s the reason I handle business the way I do. I’m transparent about my walk with God and plan to be the exact same way while conducting business.
